Olwen Evans Gardener

What's the work like?

Olwen Evans, Gardener at HM Prison Shrewsbury

“As a Gardener, the work can be tiring but worthwhile. It is very rewarding to play a small role in trying to improve the lives of those people who have gone down the ‘wrong' road in life. In addition, with the full support of line management, there are plenty of personal development opportunities.”
