Procurement is a Ministry of Justice (MoJ) wide function meeting the needs of HMPS as well as the wider MoJ, including the Court Service and Tribunal Service.
A major transformation is underway that is moving the whole procurement function to a category management approach with regional procurement units that not only specialise in their particular categories but support MoJ groups in their area.
