Become a Prison Leader

We have two leadership programmes: one for graduates and the other for experienced professionals with people and budget management experience.

Read on to find out how each programme is structured, the career paths they offer and the qualities you'll need to secure your place. You'll also be able to hear from our existing prison leaders and find out if the prison environment is right for you.

We are no longer accepting applications for the NOMS Graduate Programme and SPMP. We are likely to re-open for applications in autumn 2010 for a 2011 start date.
